What this error means
The Lightspeed employee linked to your BRM login can't sign in to Lightspeed. Lightspeed's exact message is "Employee can't login. Verify that it isn't locked out or archived."
Why it happens
The employee account has been locked out or archived in Lightspeed.
How to fix it
- In Lightspeed, unlock or un-archive that employee's access.
- If you're not sure which employee is linked to your BRM login, ask your administrator to check Settings → Integrations→ Lightspeed R.
- Retry the transaction.
