What this error means
Your shop's Lightspeed configuration is incomplete or invalid.
Why it happens
One or more of the shop-level Lightspeed settings in BRM is missing or wrong, so BRM can't complete the request.
How to fix it
- Go to Settings → Integrations Lightspeed R
- Check every required field is filled in and correct (Account ID, register, tax type, connected user).
