What this error means
When BRM sends a transaction, it can also send the customer. This error means the customer linked to the reservation doesn't exist in Lightspeed.
Why it happens
The customer was most likely deleted in Lightspeed after being linked, so the ID BRM sends no longer matches anything there.
How to fix it
- Open the reservation's customer record.
- Re-link it to the correct Lightspeed customer, or clear the stale link so BRM sends the customer fresh.
- Retry the transaction.
