In the Inventory section, you can add and edit items of your fleet, search for specific items, and assign pricing for these items. This article will explain only the basics of each of these pages briefly.  You can use the links at the bottom to drill down into each page for more detail.



Add / manage items page

The Add / manage items page is an interactive table of items in your inventory, structured in an ordered hierarchy.



The table is expandable, allowing you to drill down into the detail of your inventory from the highest level in the hierarchy to the lowest. This is where you add and remove items from your inventory as well as performing editing and restructuring tasks.


Item Search page


The item Search page is used to search for specific items in your inventory, by ID or by Category.

You can also, optionally find bikes that are non-operational (and archived)



Price groups page


The Price groups page is where you assign the pricing profile for your inventory. It shows each of your Price Groups (as rows) and each of the Price Points (as columns) that you recognise in your store.  It is fully customisable to your style of business.
