You can only submit a ticket if you look at articles first.




Please be as precise as possible when describing any issues;

 including:

  • online booking, back-office or self-registration (kiosk)
  • reservation references, 
  • bike ID's, 
  • any relevant timeframes etc
  • what is the issue exactly?  What were you trying to do?  what didn't happen / prevented desired result
