- finding an article to help you instantly
- raising a support ticket / question (if necessary)
- sending a screenshot (optional)
You can only submit a ticket if you look at some articles first.
Please be as precise as possible when describing any issues;
including:
- online booking, back-office or self-registration (kiosk)
- reservation references,
- bike ID's,
- any relevant timeframes etc
- what is the issue exactly? What were you trying to do? what didn't happen / prevented desired result
