Notes on your reservations

As change happens, and to service your customers as best as possible, you will want to add notes to your reservations so you, or team, can understand what is going on.

When you and your staff add notes you will see comments in yellow:

And, if your customers add their own notes during online booking their notes will appear in green:

When printing / emailing your reservations you can decide if you include your notes (or not)

To add a note, make sure you are on the notes tab, on the right hand side.

Then press the create Note button

You can also edit and delete notes.
