What this error means
This is an informational status, not a failure. BRM is checking (polling) Lightspeed to confirm whether a payment has been recorded against the sale.
Why it happens
After a sale is sent to Lightspeed, BRM waits and checks back to see the payment land. You may see this briefly while that check is in progress.
How to fix it
- Give it a moment — this usually resolves on its own once Lightspeed confirms the payment.
- Check in Lightspeed that the payment recorded as expected.
