What this error means

Why it happens
The register ID configured in BRM doesn't match a register that exists in Lightspeed — likely because the register was changed or removed in Lightspeed.
How to fix it
- In Lightspeed, check which registers exist and their IDs.
- In BRM → Settings → Integrations → Lightspeed R, make sure the register ID matches an existing Lightspeed register.
- Retry the transaction.
