Lightspeed Retail error LSI011 — "Register not found"

What this error means

BRM is set up with a Lightspeed register ID that your Lightspeed shop doesn't have.

Why it happens

The register ID configured in BRM doesn't match a register that exists in Lightspeed — likely because the register was changed or removed in Lightspeed.

How to fix it

  1. In Lightspeed, check which registers exist and their IDs.
  2. In BRM → Settings → Integrations → Lightspeed R, make sure the register ID matches an existing Lightspeed register.
  3. Retry the transaction.
