Snapshot printing is a feature accessible from within the 'inventory > print' section;
It prepares a snapshot of your inventory & reservations on any given date. For example, you might be planning for a busy weekend in July and want to take a printout on the road with you. Snapshot print will prepare an asset-by-asset listing of all the activity (or lack of activity) on any given date.
It will give you a little summary of activity at the bottom.
