show rentals that have items in the wrong location


If you run a multi-location business you care about two main things:

  1. knowing where your items currently are
  2. knowing where each rental should start and end

which means a big part of your job is making sure you have the right items in the right place at the right time!


BRM  auto-checks (each night) that items are in the right location.  (based on the start location of that rental - and each bike's current location)  (this is part of the 'smart alert' mechanism built into BRM)



and when you open up the rental ticket you'll see this location mismatch warning: (warning triangle top right)

One or more items is currently located at HYAT, when the reservation Start location is HILT
