If you want to drill down to see the activity for each of your Items (e.g. bikes) in a reservation then you can with the View Planner function.
- select the view Planner menu item (from the More menu in a Reservation) - it will pop up a mini-planner
- hover over any activity to see that actual Item's calendar entry.
Each row will also show the Item Type
a physical item of inventory
a virtual item of inventory - in GBAL mode but not yet allocated a physical
Please note that if you do have a mismatch - like a double booking, perhaps created using the JDI feature - we will highlight the anomaly for you:
Here you can see the Reservation doesn't agree with the Reservation Detail Item. (for this date)
(which is a problem and BRM alerts you in many ways to this kind of error)
