Collecting rider details per item
One very powerful feature has been to collect rider / skier details per rental item when a customer books online. This information will then flow through to the back-office so the item can be set up as required.
e.g. you have a booking for 3 downhill bikes.
you need to know the rider weights of each rider to set up the suspension
(or heights to make sure they have the right size)
e.g. you have a ski booking - you need to know key setup information for each skier in the party.

System > settings > customer Data
Custom fields (ones that you define, rather than provided by BRM by default) appear in Blue.
choose Per-item level for your customer data:
