This topic is very much related to capturing per rider information.

Let's just say you have a group of two riders booking two Mountain Bikes.  So we have a way of saying which person is actually making the booking so you don't have to repeat yourself.  We call it: this is me

Dave is actually making the booking for himself and his wife, Anne.

You have set up your BRM so you capture the weights of each rider so that you can set up the suspension.

Here is what Dave and his wife's booking look like in the online booking:

Note that Dave ticks the 'this is me' checkbox which means he is also the person doing the booking.

This means that we end up with two customer records, not three.

Anne is customer 1 (60kgs)

Dave is customer 2 (85kgs) he is also going to be the main customer record on the booking

So crucially, when the booking is made, here is the wiring that results in the back office.

Anne is customer 1 (60kgs)

Dave is customer 2 (85kgs) he is also going to be the main customer record on the booking

each customer record can be accessed independently using the green-bordered customer button to the left of their name

Please note - you need to configure at least one extra for this to work.
