Say you want a quick overview of the transactions you've done last weekend, you can does this easily and quickly using the Reservation List Panel (RLP).
All you need to do is select the date range you're interested in and hit search, the transaction totals are shown at the bottom of the RLP.
The steps are summarized as:
- Select date range
- Hit search
- View results
By default, BRM returns 20 reservations in the RLP before you have to go to the next page. In this case, where your search results are larger than 20 and returned on multiple pages, you will see the message "Result set too large to determine total".
To get around this, simply increase the page size before or after conducting your search. The max page size allowed is 100 results.
BRM does not support showing transaction overviews using this method for over 100 results. EIther narrow your search parameters and conduct multiple searches or visit the reports page where you can export CSVs of your data.
