Lightspeed and BRM / RSM Accounts Integration

To successfully use the Lightspeed integration with BRM, two steps are required: 


1) Connect Your BRM Account to Lightspeed

First, you need to connect your BRM account to your Lightspeed account.

Follow the instructions provided here to ensure that BRM recognizes your Lightspeed account and vice versa. Once the connection is made, your setup will look something like this:



2) Connect Each BRM User to Lightspeed

Each individual BRM user also needs to connect their account to Lightspeed to gain access to your Lightspeed store and use the integration.


  • When you set up the connection in Step 1, the first user is automatically connected.

  • For any additional BRM users who need to access the integration, go to SettingsIntegrationsLightspeed and click the "Connect Lightspeed" button.

This diagram illustrates how your BRM and Lightspeed logins are independent, but we track each BRM user who has connected to Lightspeed:
