It is advisable to use Google Analytics to see how your online booking is performing.
Get the Google Analytics Tracking Code from your Analytics account (see Find your tracking ID and tag from Google Support). The tracking code will be of the format "UA-000000-1" for Universal Analytics or "G-XXXXXXXXX" for GA4
Once you have the tracking code, enter it in Settings > Online > Online Advanced:
Once you have set this up you will start to see the data flow into your Google Analytics account.
