When you export your reservations from Export Data, the standard export (one row per booking) now includes an Allocated Items column. It lists the reference codes of the bikes or items that were allocated to that booking, so you can see which specific items went out — not just how many.
- Where a booking has more than one item, the codes are separated by a semicolon, for example
20;21. - A booking with nothing physical allocated — a tour or package, or one where nothing has been assigned yet — shows an empty cell.
- The column is added at the end of each row, so none of your existing columns move. If you open the export by column position in a spreadsheet or another system, nothing you already rely on shifts.
If you'd rather have one row per item instead of one row per booking, switch the export to Line per item detail — that view is unchanged.
Tip — how often was one bike hired? To count the number of hires for a specific item across a period, use the item usage report (“How many times has a bike been rented?”) rather than counting rows by hand.
