There is a special kind of Reservation Level Extra (RLE) - that has unique behaviour.
Let's say you want to offer the chance for your customers to leave a tip / gratuity for your hard-working staff.
Something like this?
It will be presented when your customers check out, just before the reservation is made.
Here is how you set it up:
- Go to the back-office and find your Reservation Level Extras.
- Add a new one for tips / gratuity
When you configure your new RLE for the gratuity / tip, change the sub-type to be 'Gratuity'
Then set your suggested tips. (ie prices)
Then you will get this desired behaviour on the Customer Booking Page.
