Collecting rider info per bike

You can configure your CBP to ask customer questions for each rider for each bike (or ski etc!)

This article explains what that will look like.

In this example we have set it up to ask for Rider First Name (per bike) - but you can add as many per-rider questions as you like, such as weight, height etc.

Please note - this works best in 1BY1 mode, as we ask individual questions on a per bike level as we add bikes. (we ask per reservation questions at the end of the reservation when the lead booker completes the reservation).

In order to set this up, you need to go to your Customer Data page and choose the scope of the data:

• per item - as above we'll ask for this question for each rider as bikes are added 
• both - as above, but we'll also ask the same question of the lead booker at the end (per reservation)

Finally - if you want to do this for most of your bikes - but exclude some questions for some bikes you can do that too. (see here)
