For stores using the GBAL option in BRM
If you want to book X amount of a given product line you can do that from the Reservation Summary Panel when you select an item in GBAL mode.
Use the clickers up / down to select your quantity for that product line. (or type into the field)
The quantity available to book will be a function of:
- how much capacity that product line has (how many do you have in total)
Whether you can actually make the booking is another matter. If you don't have enough available capacity - given your rental activity - then BRM will tell you with a warning message.
