A 'delivery' is defined as any reservation for which there is an agreement that the Items will be delivered to your Customer.  This will mean that some or all delivery data will have been populated.  (It is up to you to decide exactly which bits of data you capture, and exactly how you capture them).

You can see that some delivery data has been populated and so it is defined as a Reservation with Delivery.

This can be used when;

  • processing an existing delivery (i.e. delivering it!)
  • or when taking delivery information on the phone and entering it into the system
