A public kiosk allows your customers to enter their details directly from their personal device, this could be a phone, tablet, or laptop.

Or you may decide to embed it onto your website.  You could direct your customers to it to pre-fill their details (and agree to waiver / terms with a signature) before arriving at your location.


A public kiosk does not require a PIN number to access it and so it is open for anyone to connect. Consequently, customer details cannot be beamed from BRM to a public kiosk. A public kiosk can only send customer data to BRM.  (inbound only data flow, from form > BRM)
