As a key admin, you have the ability to add new users to your BRM store and manage the roles and privileges of existing users.
Accessing the User Management Panel
To view and manage your users, go to:
Settings → Admin → Users
You’ll see a list of all users associated with your store. You can sort this list by clicking any column heading. For example, in the screenshot below, users are sorted by Role (highlighted in blue).
Adding or Editing a User
To edit an existing user, click anywhere on their row in the table to open their details.
To add a new user, click the “Add New” button at the top right of the table.
Required Fields When Adding a User
On the user detail page, fill out the following information:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address (used for login)
User Role – choose from the following:
Basic
Staff
Shop Manager
Mechanic
Additional Privileges (optional) – You can assign custom permissions based on your needs. See here for more info on user roles and privileges.
Note: Fields like Store Mapping and Google Account ID are filled automatically by BRM when applicable and can be left blank.
Welcome Email
Once saved, the new user will automatically receive a welcome email from:
Please advise them to check their Spam or Promotions folders if it doesn’t appear in their main inbox.
