Product Lines with missing price groups

There is an anomaly that can occur sometimes when uploading your inventory.

Remember the spreadsheet is taking a flat list of bikes, product lines, sizes, categories and converting it into a Hierarchy:

• Category
• Product Line
• Asset(s)

- and each Asset and Product Line is also - LINKED to a price group - and this is all happening on each row of your spreadsheet.

So, not surprisingly that linking can get out of sync if you upload - change a bunch of stuff- upload - and repeat.

If that happens you will see this:

Fleet -> Manage -> Hierarchy Management

some of your Product Lines will have missing in the PG column

To fix, simply use the dropdown to select the relevant PG to match that of its children (bikes / rental items)
