Client detail per rental item
Some rental industries, particularly Snow & Ski, demand that you keep detailed customer records, not per reservation, but per rental item.
You typically need to ask things like:
- Age
- Height
- Level
- Male / Female
- Shoe Size
- Weight
So, first of all, you set this up in your customer data customisation...
ie you tell BRM/RSM that you're interested in this extra information, for each customer.
Then, when you come to enter the details for a particular customer, you click on the customer details icon for that particular rental item... It will pop up its own customer
Add customer details and press OK to save.
repeat for all rental items.
