I'd like to suggest, if is possible, to give to customers the possibility to see the shopping cart for the timing set to BRM. This to avoid that who set all info in the booking for a mistake close the browser and have to fill in all info in the booking on line.
Give the possibility to customer to reuse the booking made before will be great.

Indeed, it would be really nice to go on with a provisional reservation that the client had to shut for some reason and don't need them to start again with all the five steps.
