A good idea, an added value for the customer.
This feature is now implemented in BRM2.
The provisional, confirmation and post ride feedback emails allow HTML and there is also support for sending these emails in up to 10 different languages depending on the reservation booking language.

Some shops would like the ability to include hyper-links to ride maps, etc... within the confirmation emails
