As per David's suggestion, this is something we would also like to be able to change. I feel a reminder the day before is more useful to the customer to get themselves organised.
Perhaps it shouldn't be a fixed time, but should be a value an individual business can set.
Pre-rental email is set at 6am on the day, we would like to be able to change this to the previous evening.
We open our shop midweek for rental bookings on our off season. So it’s a waste to open the shop if the customer forgets.
Absolutely, a 48hr reminder service would be great.
